It arrives within 8 to 12 business days. But usually arrives sooner. It's highly dependent on how fast post service providers deliver packages during Covid-19 period.

Unfortunately, not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much-needed funds into establishing an Australian manufacturing plant, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal. Your support by purchasing our products puts us one step closer.

 

HOW DO MOTION SENSOR LIGHTS TURN ON/OFF & INSTALL?

By incorporating a motion sensor, this device senses movement within 3 Meters. Then it stays on as long as the movement is detected. Once there is no more movement detected, it automatically switches off the light after a few seconds! 

Our innovative design allows you to Install the light hassle-free in less than a minute. A 3M adhesive sticker is included in the package. You just need to attach it to the surface. Now you can easily mount the light on the magnetic strip. 

We always advise allowing 24 hrs before mounting the light on the magnetic strip. This way you can make sure that the sticker has reached its maximum bond with the surface behind it. Then you can simply attach the Light magnetically.

 

MY MOTION SENSOR LIGHT WON'T TURN ON/IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Based on the mode the device is set to, i.e. Night Motion Sensor Mode, the light will stay off during the day to save some energy. So you won’t see them go on during the day unless you‘ve put them in a dark place or switched to a different mode.

If you're having difficulty turning the lights on, hit the S2 button on the side of the light to switch it back on to All-day Motion Sensor or Always-On mode. These lights are equipped with a 120-degree sensing range so once you put them in your desired place, they would be able to detect anyone walking by them or opening a cabinet door etc. 

So please make sure you are testing the lights in a dark environment and also double check that they are fully charged using the USB cable provided.

WHAT ARE THE THREE MODES & HOW DOES IT CHARGE?

Three Lighting Modes (by pressing the "S2" button)

  1. Always-On: The light will be on all the time. (lasts 8 hrs max)
  2. All-day Motion Sensor Mode: turns on if anybody approaches within the sensing range any time of the day (Red light flashes for 2s)
  3. Night Motion Sensor Mode: turns on if anybody approaches within the sensing range only if it is dark enough  (Greenlight flashes for 2 seconds)
  4. Long-press to Turn Off

 They can be charged via the USB cable provided with the package, which can be plugged into any device or adapter like your laptop, cell phone charger, power bank, etc.!

 

CAN I INSTALL LIGHTS ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE? (BATHROOM, BALCONY, ETC)

At this moment, we have decided to only offer an indoor version due to the high cost of waterproofed product manufacturing. so what we suggest is that they should not be used in any environment exposed to water. Unless you are sure that they are not gonna be in contact with water, examples are places like your balcony with a shelter. We're doing our best to provide an affordable outdoor version soon! So please stay tuned for any updates about that.
